Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, please read this policy before buying.

14-day refund window

If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After 14 days, refund requests will generally not be granted, except where required by law or in cases of a clear technical issue we are unable to resolve (for example, a corrupted file).

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Email us at Recoverwjesus@gmail.com with your order email and the reason for the request, and we will help facilitate it with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Paddle's refund policy

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your order and may, in some cases, provide rights beyond what is described here (for example, for buyers in the EU/UK).
