Recover with Jesus ("we", "us", "our") is operated by RecoverwJesus as a sole individual, based in the United States. By using this website (recoverwithjesus.com, recoverwjesus.com) or purchasing any of our digital products, you ("you", "user") are entering into an agreement with RecoverwJesus.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By continuing to use the site, completing a reflection, or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. What we provide

We provide a faith-based reflection tool and downloadable digital products (including the Worth Reflection Workbook) intended for personal encouragement and spiritual reflection. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, addiction, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false information, spam, or fraudulent payment details;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the site (including introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access);
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share digital products you have purchased.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including reflections, workbooks, scripture presentation, branding, written copy, and design — is owned by RecoverwJesus and protected by copyright. When you purchase a digital product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial spiritual growth. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the file.

6. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, customer service for billing inquiries, and refund processing in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, create a security risk, or if continuing to provide the service would violate applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits or lost data). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RecoverwJesus resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
